STUART McALEESE: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Stuart is an aspirant mountain guide who has been climbing for over 15 years. He is renowned for his bold climbing, often in remote places. In 2003, Stuart, along with a team of Welsh climbers made a major first ascent in Alaska that was nominated for the Piolet d?Or. Stuart?s presentation covers the whole adventure, from the hair-rising flight to the glacier to the magic moment when they stand on the summit. His talk features stunning video footage and is a unique insight into what happens when climbers spend 7 nights living on a big wall in sub zero temperatures.
