Head are another brand very much on the up in skiing, what ever section of the sport you look at. The skis consistently score well in testing and if there were marks for value for money then they would be clear winners in that category too.
Skiing a Head ski on piste will always bring one word to mind: smoothness. They roll in and out of turns ever so easily and make skiing on groomed snow a dream. Many an intermediate skier has used a C260i and instantly felt like a better skier, the same goes for the ladies Hot Thang. Another key point about Head skis is that they are built exceedingly well, and this is especially apparent on the Mojo 80; it’s a park ski that is beautifully balanced for regular and switch riding, grips the snow like no other freestyle offering, but most importantly feels like it will withstand whatever mishaps may come its way. Plus of course you will find some refreshingly vibrant colours in the ladies range.
