Liquidmetal » Liquidmetal takes advantage of the fact that a liquid molecule structure (unlike the solid structures of fibres and alloys) cannot break and cannot be compressed – the molecules simply reposition themselves. Thus the Liquidmetal layer surrounding the core delivers maximum rebound and excellent agility.
Intelligence »
At the heart of Head Intelligence skis there are Intellifibres that are able to transform mechanical energy into electrical energy. The higher the force, the more energy is created. It is captured in a closed circuit and fired back to the Intellifibers, which straighten instantly increasing the stability of the ski. The harder you ride the torsionally stiffer the ski becomes.
Aircoat »
Hollow fibres are used instead of solid glass fibres, reducing the weight of the fibreglass by up to 40%. These Aircoat fibres have higher compression strength than the solid fibres, and are more responsive and faster in both absorbing and transmitting energy to the skis edge. The result is super-light skis, extremely agile and strong at the same time.
